1. How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders will take up to 2-3 weeks to be processed…
Once your order has been shipped, you can expect to receive it within the estimated delivery timeframe, based on your location.

2. Can I fit my laptop inside?
Yes! The standard laptop size is between 13” & 15”

Size guide:

Small: 13x8 inches

Medium: 15x11 inches

Large:15x15 inches

3. Do you accept returns and refunds?
As each piece is handmade by me and some pieces only available from pre order I can not give refunds once the items have been sent out.

However if you receive a bag and you are not happy with the standard please reach out via email or instagram and we will exchange the item for you <3

4. How do I care for my slouch bag?
To ensure the longevity of your slouch bag, we recommend wiping them down with a damp cloth (please avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals).

5. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! International and tracked shipping is available at checkout, unfortunately this does not include your countries custom fees, this varies for each country.
